Relocating with pet birds

Hi, my fiance and I are planning on moving to the philippines from the U.S. in the next few months. I am trying to gather as much information as I can before our trip and one thing I gave not been able too find is what is necessary to bring our birds with us. I have seen the information on dogs and cats but all of the links for other animals seem to not work. Does anyone have any experience with bringing a pet bird into the country? If so can you give me some information about what paperwork and other items that are needed please.
