mitsubishi delica / space gear vs suzuki multi cab .

anyone have experience with the delica-space gear ? i was interested in the japan surplus multicab 4x4 .
but at price point of apx 250,000 - 300,000p or $5,000 - $5,500usd .
i think i would be happier with the mitsubishi . any opinions / experience's ,,on the mitsu ?
