Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda)...again

Hello, The area where Yolanda hit the Philippines seems to me the best and most attractive part to live in the country. I would like to relocate to one of those cities. How about you expats living in this area at the moment, how is your daily life, do you fear another typhoon coming, why are you still living in this part of the country, have you made any security measures, were expats in this area less hurt by Yolanda, because of better house constructions? Any advice regarding typhoon security? Would appreciate your answer very much, anything related to typhoon risk in this area.
