thinking about moving to Philippines

We are a family of three. I am United States, my wife Dominican Republican and our now 4 year old son who has level 1 or 2 autism. We are retiring and want to make our retirement money go as far as possible. We are looking for a safe place close to everything. will be living on roughly 2500 USD , also I am retired US army and we will have Tricare as health insurance. not interested in working just enjoying life and seeing the countries close to Ph.. your opinions are appreciated
