Bringing my maid overseas

Hi,
I am planning to move to Spain for a few years (I am Dutch and living in The Philippines now but due to EU regulations it is quite easy to live there for me) and I would like to bring my Pinay maid along. Not for the whole year but 6-8 months per year.
Anyone has any suggestion how to arrange this or recommend a quality agency?
By the way, I am single so I don't know if that would make the challenge bigger to bring my maid with me.... I know when I was working in SIngapore that single men were not allowed to hire an Indonesian/Pinay maid that would also live with me. For couples it was no problem.
