EU visa

Hi,

As we all know, bringing someone (especially a woman) outside of The Philippines can be quite a hassle (long interviews with Immigration and still that doesn't guarantee that you can take her with you on a short vacation and thus you might end up paying tickets/hotel for nothing).

Here is my question: if you want to go to Europe (so not Singapore or Hongkong where you get visa on arrival) and you NEED to arrange EU visa (max. 3 months) in advance and you get it. Is that a guarantee that immigration will let her through or you still face the same troublesome process?
