Marriage or Fiancee Visa

I met a woman in the PI almost 2 years ago online. We have become very close and I just returned from spending a few weeks with her. She did not show much interest in coming to US and would be fine living there. However, I truly can not deal with the heat so we are wanting to come back here now. What is the hardest / easiest way to get her back to the States ? Something to consider, she is much younger than me, 30 years in fact, but that does not seem to be an issue for either of us. When is comes to applying for Marriage or Fiancee visa which would be the easiest and fastest ? I heard that if you apply for Fiancee Visa and you have a large age gap you may be denied as where you have a much better chance getting married in the PI first and apply for marriage VISA. ??
