Part-Time Assistant/Yaya

Hi. This is going to be a tough one, since it is quite tough to know who you can trust here. We are Fil-Am, but we are still consider foreigners because we did not grow up here.

I am working on expanding my business here and I would like to find someone who can manage the role of Personal Assistant/Ya-ya. Someone who is familiar with the city and is able to help me handle errands when needed and to care for my child when I am at a meeting or handling business.

Is there an agency that is reliable?

I know that many of the reliable and educated people actually go abroad because the pay is better. This does not leave many good candidates to choose from.
