Seeking moving information

My wife and I are going to retire to the Philippines in a couple of years. We will be moving from the U.S and she is a Filipino citizen (dual citizenship). She purchased a small property...less than a hectar. I see a lot of post about moving house hold items, but my question is that we have a small utility tractor w/attachments that I would like to move. Does anyone know if that is allowed? We also plan to build a house on the property and I would like to move some items associated with building the house...tools, electrical wiring (yes, I know they are 220v system) and plumbing items, like faucets...etc.? I would definitely be looking at moving in a shipping container. Please share any information that would be helpful.
