My first time in the Philippines

Hello i am Darrell Pearce from New Plymouth New Zealand. As a recent tourist to the Philippines in March last year. I have to say the Philippines is a great place to visit & i would recommend visiting places like 100 islands. Anyway i want to ask this question. My girlfriend & me met last year in the Philippines & when we met the first thing she did was give me the biggest hugs from her heart. She is separated from her ex husband for 6 years this year & she wants out of the marriage. She can't afford annulment as it is so expensive & she wants to marry me in New Zealand. Can she file for divorce in New Zealand? Gemma Puquiz also has a 3 year old daughter as well with no real father & i am the only one who will accept her daughter as my child. I also sought legal advice here in New Zealand as well.
