Hi everyone, please advise on the following questions;

1. I would like to get your opinion if this part of Manila (Newport City Pasay) is safe to live with foreign expats with young kids.

2, If not, how far is it from Makati or Fort Bonifacio Global City by taxi

3. Re schools, I am aware that the ISM or British Intl school are the most expensive international schools in Manila. What kind of primary schools are priced at $5k or less a year in Manila?
