Benefit of Marriage

I would like to start a discussion on the benefits of marriage. In particular the benefit of a foreigner marrying a Pinoy.

Now I would like to limit the discussion to a foreigner marrying a Pinoy that is at least 10 years younger than he is. Also I would like to limit it to foreigners that have previously been married and also assume he has children from previous relationships.
So the topic is what in your opinion are the benefits of him marrying a young Philippine woman who is many years younger than he is? Less assume he has the option of not getting married and still can have a romantic relationship with this woman.
There are no wrong answers, but just your opinion and of course we will tear it apart and make little of it as we do best.
