Moving a large family

Hello,

I am a Filipino American with a large family of 6 to include a dependent mother-in-law from South Korea. Recently, me and spouse have considered leaving everything behind to move to the Philippines and escape the 9 to 5. I have a residual income of a little over 3K USD monthly. Would it be difficult to do this with a family of my size? Is it even possible to move there even though I am not married to a Philippine national? I know we cannot own land or a home, but I was thinking that it's possible to move there and rent a large condo or duplex. Is a monthly salary of 3K enough to live well? We do not plan on living in Manila.
