Life in the Philippines?

I have been considering a move to the Philippines in the Balibao, Angeles area. I have been to the Philippines twice, but only to General Santos city in Mindanao. Being that i have never lived in another country i would love to have input, opinions and advice on what it would be like living in the area of Angeles City. Thanks in advance!
