Toy Ban

We are moving back the Philippines with a BUNCH of kids. Naturally, they have a lot of toys. But out of the, maybe, 500 toys, they are only allowed 10, under the current toy ban. They are leaving their home, their country, travelling 27 hours by plane, going to a crazy country, and then will have their toys confiscated? This is just crazy.
