Hi, I currently reside in Australia and have my mobile with Telstra. When I leave here I still require an Aust phone number for my mobile. While in the Philippines I need a local number.
I have asked companies for suggestions and get the normal answer. You know what it is like trying to get answers from T......!
That means I am on my own so to speak. I was going to divert Aussie to my Filipino one but that was too expensive. One idea I had was to have a prepaid sim for Aust that I would use to check and see if I had any messages every few days. On the recorded message on message bank I am suggesting people either email me or ring Philippine number or leave message for me.
I need phone and internet in Philippines so still trying to work out if phone plan or prepaid.
Has anybody got suggestion for me on the better company in Ph for price and coverage.
It seems to me to a bit of a messy way of doing it but so far have not found a solution.
