Cignal to 2 TVs

Hi,
Just moved from one city in The Philippines to another (approximately 1000 miles) and of course the infrastructure in the new place is different.
I need to switch from cable TV to Cignal. No problems with that but I was told that I could only connect it to ONE televison, hence the issue as I have a TV in the bed room and the living room. Not really planning to put 2 Cignal dishes outside of my apartment and also pay double of course for installation and subscription.
Anyone out there had the same issue or knows a solution? Not sure if a splitter solution is possible.
