Family moving to PI

Hello,
My family including 3 kids in elementary school are relocating to PI this Dec. we’re looking for a house to rent near a good International school and has good WiFi for my husband’s work. Looking for safe area and has lots of families. Suggestions on areas around Manila so we avoid the traffic and flooding. Thank you
