Certificate of immigration or similar

Hi

I've just got a retirement visa (SRRV) but when trying to open a bank account with credit card for living expenses, am now told that I need to have a certificate of immigration (or called something like that).

PRA who issue retirement visa did not mention anything about this. Also Bureau of Immigration didn't advise me on such 2x when I was there asking about moving to Philippines. Can anyone shed any advise on this as I've been to several banks and the advice seems to keep on changing. There's sometimes a reference to another document not retirement visa but they're not clear on what it is - just reference to a numbered document which is no help.
Any advice?.
