Manila VA Clinic

Howdy all. I know that not everyone can use the Manila VA clinic but of those that can my question is for you. Are you able to get the basic services like physicals, medications, etc. from them. The clinics here in the US run the full gambit from disastrous to pretty good. I do have other options but just want to get a feel for it.
