Cheapest place to fly for throw away ticket

What’s the cheapest ticket to book for a throw away ticket? From what airport to where? Also what airline? I will be moving to the Philippines in January and I think I need a throw away ticket, is that correct? Thanks in advance. And, when would I need to have that flight booked for, within the first 30 days?
