Retired Disabled Vet

Hello everyone,
I am 46 yrs old. Disabled vet at 60% rating. I receive $1350 per month retirement and was hoping I could retire in or around Manila. I spent 58 days there recently and absolutely love it. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. FYI I am an Electronics Technician that has worked on CnC machines for the past 25 years. I wouldn’t mind working if the opportunity is there.
