AC Units

About six months ago I was reading a topic on here about AC units, the split system type. I want to purchase one for my fiancé's house before I make my move there but I can't remember what brand was being recommended. Does anyone herein remember that post or know anything about those types of AC units? I'm looking for the cost and the monthly power bill affect. I just cant recall the name of the one that was heralded as the best brand. It seems like it sounded like Liebert or something like that.
