Vacation Bohol

Me and my wife are planning a vacation in November to Bohol, I have never been to PH, my wife was there 13yrs ago. We will spend two weeks one in Bohol and one in Mindanao. We would like to stay in a hotel on the water if possible, were trying to keep it as reasonable as possible as well. Any suggestions would be really helpful.
