SRRV program for international organisations recognized by foreign affairs

Hi all !

It's always so much more fun in the Philippines.... :-)

I will retire next year. I live there already on an extended tourist visa. Palawan, and I must say that they are very friendly and accomodative.. Including BI and LTO.
But does anybody of you knows if as retired European Union retired stafff I I can apply for SSRV courtesy program? Thanks for help
