expats in Tagum City?

I'm a 57 year old male living in Missouri here in the United States. I have just returned from Pagsabangan, Philippines.I have done my research on where and how I am going to live out the rest of life. Now I need the help of my soon to be new best friends on Expat Exchange. From the beginning: I will be getting Married to my girlfriend when I move to Pagsabangan. Any and all Information that is up to date on the process and fees and procedures about visa's and setting up Banking accounts would be of great assistance. I will be living on my monthly retirement check until I am able to draw my social security at a later time.Thank you in advance for any information that is passed my way, I appreciate it.
