questions about moving to the Philippines

Hello, I'm in the process of moving to the Philippines and have a few questions. All feedback is very much appreciated. I've read some of the posts about buying real estate, family, banking, etc. I'm currently married to a Filipina, have an apartment in her hometown. Been there for a total of 5 months on two separate trips in 2019. Now I want to make a permanent move.

Any suggestions on banks you've had good personal experience with would be appreciated. I've seen the list of banks here on this forum.

Do you get Social Sec Income and other retirement income direct deposited into your bank?

How do you get new credit/debit cards when yours expire?

I plan on shipping my stereo equipment in a balikbayan box. Any caveats with doing this? taxes, tariffs, duties, theft. etc? Selling everything else.

Have any of you shipped laptops or other PCs? Any problems with that? Right now I'm leaning towards not doing this, instead I'd buy one in the Philippines.

I'm selling my house here in the states, what's the best way to get that money safely to the Philippines? I'd only transfer what I need. Eventually I'll buy or build but plan on taking it slow as advised on other threads. I'll use cash from the sell of my house.

Thank you for your feedback.
