Will I need to keep a physical mailing address in the US if I keep my banking in the US but live in the Philippines?

I'm planning to move to Cebu City this summer, but want to keep my banking here in the US and send money to myself in Cebu as needed. Will it be necessary for me to keep a physical address in the US to satisfy US banking requirements?
