13A VISA and ACR-1 CARD

Howdy All,
I have a question for all of you permanent residents. I originally obtained my 13A visa via the Embassy in Washington DC. It is good for one year from issue and only one entry. I received my ACR-1 card today and it is good for 5 years. I know I have to register every year in Jan/Feb time frame. I also know I have to get and exit stamp and reentry stamp prior to leaving the Philippines. My question is do I now have to reapply for a permanent 13A visa?
