Looking for a place to move to in Philippines

Hi,

I am planning to move to Philippines and I look for a place to rent a nice 500+ sq.ft apartment, beach front, quiet, high quality meat store nearby (with organ meats, high quality beef (grass fed), raw milk, high quality raw eggs.

It's important that it's possible to get high speed internet at home. 50 MBPS minimum. I don't care about cost but hope as cheap as possible. Warm year around. Always possibility to go to the beach.

What are some good alternatives? Thank you very much for taking your time to respond.
