This is a big WIN for The Donald.

The heavily democratic D.C. court of appeals reversed a lower court ruling which attempted to force White House lawyer McGahn to testify before the House of Representatives. The ruling destroys a major part of the obstruction of Congress article of impeachment.

The D.C. circuit is heavily democrat appointed at both the trial and appeal level. The ruling essentially told the lower court to dismiss the case.

Wait until the Durham indictments start to roll down the road. Contrary to at least one of our posters, an indictment is not a conviction but, in the Durham cases, there' be no bull and convictions will likely follow most indictments.

We shall see what happens as I trust Yogi's proverb that predictions are difficult especially about the future.
