Visa Expiration because of the lockdown

Expiration because of the lockdown has me seriously concerned about my visa expiring just 6 days prior to my flight out of Manila!
The BI here in Lucena-Dalahican is in the town hall which is shuttered.
What are the consequences at the airport of expired visa?
Where can I obtain up to the minute information regarding flights from terminal 3?
Where can I go to have my visa renewed prior to Expiration?
