Howdy All,
So the Asawa wants to build a house from scratch. We've been told that we must have an architect or we can't get all of the permits and such. What should I expect to pay the architect for his services? I know most things are negotiable but what is the usual process here, a flat fee or a percentage fee based on the construction cost.
