ISP

I've heard of some folks in PH having ISP accounts that have data caps. Is this likely just an option that a customer has, or do all (most) ISP accounts have data caps? I would think with fiber being an option, that data caps would not exist, but...don't know.

The PLDT website (https://pldthome.com) provides me little to nothing in the way of coverage areas (in what areas is fiber available?) and other answers.

Also, what ISP options are there, and what are you using?
