Non-Firearm

Good day to all.

Given that it is my understanding that a non-Filipino/Filipina may not legally own a firearm in Philippines, I am interested in obtaining the official Government of the Philippines policy on this. Specifically, I want to know how GOP defines "firearm" (or whatever term(s) it uses).

As it happens, in many places non-powder "fireams" (ie., springer, CO2, air, crossbows, etc.) are not counted as a "firearm," from the legal/law perspective. So I would like to clarify GOPs policies/laws in this regard.

So again, is someone able/willing to direct me to official GOP policy on this matter?

Thank you.
