Still awaiting Stimulus

Yes. I'm still waiting. I only receive 100% V.A. compensation. I don't file taxes because its my only income. I have an EFT that I've had for the last 10 years. I live in the philippines. Again, I have an EFT and haven't had to file taxes. V.A. compensation is my only income. I'm wondering if I will receive any stimulus via EFT. Are there any vets out there in a similiar situation?
