Immigrant Visa (13G) or SRRV Courtesy or Re-Acquire Citizenship

Dear Forum Friends ,

I am 56 y.o retired professional , former natural born Philippines citizen , happily living abroad somewhere in South East Asia with foreign citizenship by naturalisation .

However , in case of significant unrest ( racial/social /religious/political) in my current country , i plan to have recourse at anytime to seek refuge in the Philippines.

Which option is simpler ( in terms of bureacracy and timeframe ) to apply for : PR immigrant visa 13 G for returning former Filipinos or SRRV courtesy for returning former Filipinos or re-acquisition of Philippines citizenship ?

Anyone with any experience to share , opinion or input is most welcome .

Much thanks , take care and keep well to all .

Best regards,
NL.
