Banks short of money

It has been mensioned in some topics, banks (seem to) have problems.

Now I got it confirmed, it's a big problem. A real estate broker told me there are many real estate sellings put on hold because banks don't pay the suppouse to be loan part. Most of them she know of are in city so it seem Pag-Ibig have big problem too.

(If someone don't know,
Pag-Ibig is an obligatoric saving , which employees and employers have to pay to. Then they get right to loan to buy home but only in cities and towns so it's very unfair to people want to get home rural. Well. Suppoused to get loan...
