Un-opened Palawan

Around 2 months ago an official told in news Palawan is opening for entrances (to support tourism).

Situationn NOW is it ISN¨T opened!!!
I mean beside enter and sit in quarantaine 14 days. I don't believe tourists are interested in that :)

I'm trying to get to know what happened, but no one know of them of my sources. who has answered so far, (Although most of them have no reason to know, because they are at Palawan allready and don't want to leave. Much less covid there than elsewhere. (The last I heared a while ago - beside quarantaine - was just around 10, one in Taytay and some in Puerto Princesa but that wasn't official numbers.)
