Looking for feedback on Dipalog City? I've lived in Dumaguete for over a year. Love it. Now I've met a Pinay who has a home in D.C. She wants me to move in with her. Love the ex-pat vibe in "Duma" and I wonder if Dipalog City will take some getting used to. Thanks in advance.
