Buses between Manila and Baguio City now running. Some restrictions. You can check out bus schedules and transportation requirements for "Victory Liner" Go online and research Midland Courier" for happenings in N.Luzon,PI Its the local Sunday news paper.Covers all of N Luzon and Benguet Province where I reside for over 8 yrs now.Bus rate about 15 USD 1 way. Taxi scalpers were getting over 200+ USD 1 way Manila to Baguio.Gouging going on here. Face shields here 50 pesos when covid hit. Now 10 pesos(10 cents)Welcome to the Philippines!
