Glyphosate and Paraquat

It is my understanding that 2017 saw the introduction of House Bill Nos. 5677 ((https://congress.gov.ph/legisdocs/basic_17/HB05677.pdf)) and 5678 (https://congress.gov.ph/legisdocs/basic_17/HB05678.pdf) which sought a Philippines-wide ban on Glyphosate and Paraquat respectively. The same (or similar) bills seem to re-appear in 2019, and yet I can find nothing substantitve on either bil since the 2019 entry (https://panap.net/2019/01/support-and-pass-house-bills-5677-and-5678-ban-the-herbicides-glyphosate-and-paraquat-in-the-philippines/). Does anyone know if either (or both) of these bills has actually become law?
