Davao-Samal Connector Bridge Project

$23,040,000,000 pesos to be funded by "China Loan Financing Facility" under the auspices of the China International Development Cooperation Agency."

I see that China continues to buy it's way into RPH, with Dutertes' (him and his Davao-Mayor daughter) full support, as well, apparently, of a majority of the RPH people.

At some point the Chinese government is going to call in those debts, and then what?

Also, what about the annual costs related to earthquakes, typhoons, volcanic eruptions and other such natural disasters?

Sounds to me like Duterte is not only foolishly spending pesos the populace doesn't have, but with nary a nod to other more-pressing and meaningful areas of concern.

He acts like a drunken sailor (with apologies to drunken sailors).
