Renewing Driver's License 2021

A while back, someone asked about getting a Driver's License but my concern was for Renewals. well, new procedures are under way with Classroom requirements/certifications.
Here's a link I found for renewals. Also, the MVIS for registering vehicles is no longer mandatory as per Duterte (the privatized MVIS testing facilities stood to make billions of PPP while the DOT only get a couple of millions annually--they have to figure out how to turn this around first to make it worth their while)
