13A Visa

I have been living in PH about two years, was married here, Currently on a tourist visa which is extended every six months. Since the three year travel out of the country requirement is coming up I an considering the 13A. Retired and receiving SS from the US. Will it effect the SS? Heard that the US will not continue paying the SS if a 13A is acquired. Not sure if I will be allowed to leave and reenter the PH due to covid restrictions.
