Cooler places to live in the Philippines

I'm not retired yet (still 10+ years away) but I do know I don't like the humidity of most places.

I have been to Metro Manila, Cebu, Coron, Baguio, and La Union province. Most of those places are humid.

I, like I think most of us westerners would like to live in a place that is a bit more cool and not humid year-round.

I thinking about Tagaytay and Baguio but I'm sure there are also other places I haven't thought about (Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon anyone)?

What do you guys think?
