ECQ, GCQ, MECQ, MGCQ.... WTF?

YES, the Philippines has one of the longest lockdown in the world and to add to the confusion, they have different types of lockdown protocols - ECQ, GCQ, MECQ, MGCQ, in different parts of the country. Like last week I could easily buy some beers from the store, but this week - "Sorry sir, we can't sell you any beer." Even the local govt. units (LGUs) are getting confused already with the national government's topsy turvy response on this COVID pandemic.
