Participant Appreciation

First I want to make this post beneficial to all members. Hopefully by including not only frequent participants but also spectators the beneficial aspect will be achieved.

I appreciate all the post whether or not I agree. I often gain valuable information and knowledge from the differing opinions. Diversity of opinions is vitally important to a healthy discussion.

For those members who feel they can’t post and participate because others over participate, please let us know your thoughts. Join in, be active. Some members share their experience and opinions frequently because no one else steps up. Believe me we would greatly appreciate your thoughts. This is a great forum with knowledgeable and friendly members, who as you can see by the many thanks, constantly provide useful information.

Once again, a big thank you to all members for posting, reading and participating.

Finally I would like to say thank you to our moderator. His/her job is often under appreciated. While I do not always agree I respect and appreciate the efforts to maintain civility and continuity.
