Philippine Cop and Western Cop Comparison

Has anyone experienced or encountered a PH cop here? I for one have asked for directions from them and they were very helpful and respectful. As for traffic violations they were forgiving sometimes. Just be courteous to them and they will reciprocate and won't give you a hard time. Although there are a few "bad" corrupt cops who will try to "milk" you when you give them a chance. They do exercise extreme patience when making an arrest compared to most US cops. Just my observations
