Married to a filipina

Does anyone know if there is any difference between marrying a Filipina in your country opposed to marrying them in the Philippines?

I understand they are entitled to the same rights in your country when married there.. Let's say for example, you want to marry again the Philippines, does it make any difference to your rights in the Philippines?

I'm asking this because if I for example split up with her and wanted to remain living in the Philippines, what right does she have against me - do I need to pay her family support even if we have no children together?

Can she have me arrested and detained if she wants?
